Cancellations made more than 90 days

rented for a portion of the time an
equivalent % will be refunded less $125

PROPERTY
RENTAL AGREEMENT. THIS
IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

The property is located at 2094 Eagle Bay
Road, Blind Bay, British Columbia, V0E 1H1. Pursuant to the
Agreement is a fully equipped cottage or house.
Check-in time is: 4:00 pm
Check-out time is: 10:00 am |

The rental fee is payable in advance
and a 5% charge for GST is applicable.

A 30% DEPOSIT of rental fee
is due UPON BOOKING. The rental fee deposit will go
directly towards your rental.
20% of balance due on Feb. 15. Final balance is due 1 month prior to reservation date.
Bookings made less than 45 days in advance require
immediate full payment of rental fee and damage deposit.
RENTAL FEE
PAYABLE BY CHEQUE, VISA OR MASTERCARD

- CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL BE HELD and any
damages or charges incurred will be applied.

Cancellations less than 90
days will forfeit all monies paid unless unit is
re-rented for same period of time. If unit is re-rented
for a portion of the time an equivalent % will be
refunded.

A $125.00 CANCELLATION FEE
WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL CANCELLED RESERVATIONS.

Refunds WILL NOT BE MADE to
tenants leaving earlier than scheduled departure date,
regardless of reason.

NO PETS WHATSOEVER ARE TO
ENTER THE RENTAL PROPERTY AT ANY TIME, UNLESS
AUTHORIZED. ALL UNITS ARE ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING UNITS.

SATELLITE REMOTES must be
signed out upon arrival and returned in tact upon
departure. There will be a $60 charge for any missing
or damaged remote controls.

If the rental property is
unavailable to the Guest for any reason the AGENTS ONLY
obligation to the Guest is to refund all monies paid for
the unused portion of stay, or if available, move to
another unit.

Guest accepts responsibility
to properly maintain the property and its furnishings
during the guest’s occupancy. Guest shall use the
UTMOST CARE in the use of the property. If more than
ordinary cleaning is necessary after departure,
additional cleaning charges may be added.

Guest agrees that all
members of his/her party will comply with all HOMEOWNER
RENTAL rules and regulations relating to the property.
|

In the event any legal
action is necessary to enforce or interpret this
Agreement, the prevailing party in such action shall be
entitled to all expenses of suit including reasonable
attorney fees.

EAGLES LANDING COTTAGES LTD.
is NOT responsible for any loss, theft or damage of
personal belongings of guests.
|

Furnishings in units are
subject to change without notice, due to upgrades.
|

Any disputes between owner
and guest may be negotiated by property management, but
property management holds no liability.
|
|
VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE PROVISIONS SHALL CONSTITUTE A
MATERIAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT RESULTING IN THE
FORFEITURE OF THE ENTIRE DAMAGE DEPOSIT AS LIQUIDATED
DAMAGES, AND IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION. AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVE HAS THE RIGHT TO INSPECT THE PREMISES AT ANY
TIME DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD. |
