Booking Policy

Summer Bookings
Summer bookings made before Feb. 15 - 30% deposit required to hold reservation
Feb. 15 – 20% of balance
1 month prior to reservation date – balance is due
Credit Card information will be held upon check-in and any damages or charges incurred will be applied.
Payable by Visa, Mastercard, or cheque.

Off Season Bookings
50% deposit required upon booking
1 month prior to reservation date – balance is due
Credit Card information will be held upon check-in and any damages or charges incurred will be applied.
Payable by Visa, Mastercard, or cheque.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to reservation date will receive a full refund less $125 booking fee per week booked.

Cancellations made within 90 days of reservation date will not receive a refund unless unit is re-rented. If unit is re-rented for the same period of time a full refund less $125 booking fee per week booked. If the unit is rented for a portion of the time an equivalent % will be refunded less $125 booking fee per week booked.
