The Shuswap region is halfway between Calgary and Vancouver along the TransCanada Highway.  Eagles Landing Cottages is located in the lively community of Blind Bay, BC, just off the Trans-Canada Highway near Sorrento.  Blind Bay is located in a pristine setting on the west side of the bay of the same name on the southern shore of Shuswap Lake.  It received its name because of the angle at which the bay joins Shuswap Lake.   It’s possible to travel down Shuswap Lake without even noticing the bay, as it is almost concealed from sight.  The calm waters in the bay make it the perfect place for boating and waterskiing.  Eagles Landing Cottages embraces the southern shores of the lake and boasts glorious views to the north framing picturesque Copper Island where you’ll find 3 kilometres of winding trails that circle the island, and a trail up to the summit that provides spectacular views of Shuswap Lake.

Shuswap Lake is one of the largest in BC with over 1000 kms of shoreline.  Shuswap Lake is shaped like an H and is made up of four large arms: the Shuswap Lake Main Arm, Salmon Arm, Anstey Arm, and Seymour Arm.  We are located in Blind Bay on the Main Arm of Shuswap Lake.
